Shipping policy

Free shipping on all items.

Purchased items will be delivered within 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed before 19.00 will be processed the same day if working, orders placed after 19.00 will be processed approximately the following working day.

Once the order will be despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to follow the delivery.

Please note that couriers may take more than 10 days to deliver to certain destinations (ie. minor islands, disadvantaged areas).

Delivery times may incur delays during:

• extraordinary circumstances

• holiday periods: Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday and National Holidays

• events beyond the control of those involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, road blocks due to strikes, events, car accidents, visits by public figures, and so on.

• inventory (first week of January)

Couriers do not deliver during the weekend, on holidays and pre-holidays, or national holidays (i.e. Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday, ect.).
